At the heart of building your capacity to be the driving force in your life, work and business are your habits, rituals and what I call your CEO practices.
Those consistent practices that return you to being centered, empowered and open on a daily and often moment by moment basis, so you are making decisions and taking actions from a place that is anchored in your wisdom and truth.
One of the easiest ways to do this is through the simple yet profound practice of daily journaling.
Countless studies have demonstrated that journaling for a short time each day significantly reduces stress, improves immune and emotional function, boosts mindfulness, sparks creativity and helps you achieve your goals.
There are several ways to journal from free flow stream of consciousness writing to answering structured, repetitive questions each day.
I love journaling. It’s where I reflect and gather insights, make sense of my world and set goals and intentions… that continue to come to fruition in often surprising ways.
As with all the DDA methods and tools I develop and share, the key is to stretch yourself to try out the ones that not only resonate with you but also stretch you to think and act in new ways – then adjust them to work for you.
I created a guide to share with you that walks you through the process that I have created, as it’s become such a powerful practice that I use time and again and have received great feedback from those who have started.
Here’s the link to THE DDA GUIDE TO JOURNALING
I also created The DDA Manifesto Journal for my clients which is now available. It’s beautiful with a super soft cover, made in Canada and comes in a few different paper formats so if you’re looking for a fresh journal you can order it HERE. ($16 CAD)
I’d love to know if you journal or if this prompts you to give it a try and how it goes.
Always,
Leah
